The privacy of your information is very important to us. We’ll only ever access your SureFocus account to help you with a problem or squash a software bug. We’ll never access the actual content of your Evernote account, other than note titles because we send these to you so you can know which notes have changed.
Identity & access
When you sign up, we ask for your name and email address. That's just so we can personalize your account, and so we can send you the notifications of changes to Evernote information, as well as updates and other essential information. We’ll never sell your personal information to third parties, and we won’t use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission.
When you write us with a question or to ask for help, we'll keep that correspondence, and the email address, for future reference. When you browse our marketing pages, we'll track that for statistical purposes (like conversion rates and to test new designs). We also store any information you volunteer, like surveys, for as long as it makes sense.
